With Boston's loss tonight we are back in de facto first place.

Here is to what is hopefully the beginning of another win streak.

Step
Hags
Boyle

These guys were making plays in every zone and put up some points. I know MartY got the SO, but the team defense and fore check was amazing that he didn't have to do much. He had a nice assist as well, but if you could give out 4 stars, he'd be my 4th.

Back spams doesn't sound too bad, hopefully Dubi can play and maybe rest Feds tomorrow.

Rangers were pressing 60 minutes. Great game to watch from replay.

Voted for Stepan Biron and Prust. Step and Marty are obvious but Prust was just everywhere tonight...loved his game. 2 more pts, back in 1st in the league! (on pace for 117 or so)

I never did really see that goal by Boyle clearly. Can anyone say was it a good crisp shot, did it ricochet off anyone or just cleanly go high on Gustavsson.

Solid game across the board. Only bad spot was the power play.

Didnt see the game. Read the recap... BUT:

"The Maple Leafs killed both minor penalties they were assessed. It was their sixth straight game without allowing a power-play goal."

Jesus christ this tteam is inept on the PP...

Over all a good comeback, hard fought game. Back to winning!
Good: Grit and players being into it, strong on the puck and burying chances.
Bad: Powerplays need to to improve.
Redden:Not really much...Besides Feds out

Was a great game all around. Voted for Stepan and Boyle. After I submitted, I facepalmed as I had forgot to add Biron. Glad to see he got enough votes to get a star though.

Great effort!

Also, I saved this gem from the main boards a while back
There are many posts like that. It's funny how we're #1 yet we still don't get any respect. People say they're more scared of Philly than us. But hell, it's fine with me. I prefer we lay low and quietly dispatch of other teams. They'll get hit by a brick wall when they underestimate us.

In Montreal against a backup goalie?

Loss.

Pinstripe Bowl may not last the length of the contract. Or may be outsourced to Met Life for a year. When this much money is involved, never say can't.

A backup goalie? No! There goes any chance of winning.

It went in cleanly... Upper right hand corner just below the crossbar... There was some traffic in front of the goalie's field of vision and he might not have seen it cleanly all the way....
