NHL Gloves?

Finally getting back on the ice and was wondering if there was a site to go to where one could pick up NHL-made gloves? Brother had got me some Tampa Bay Lightning Filip Kuba gloves and they're amazing, kind of want to start collecting but I have zero idea where to start.

I don't know about other teams, but I know the Canucks have a yearly used equipment sale (usually during the summer) where you can pick up players' equipment for pretty cheap.

Lots of equipment shops sell returned pro stock equipment on ebay. Usually the pro stuff is tailored to a specific player's preferences or is a return from call-up players. At either rate, you can find 'em there for many teams.

most pro-stock gloves I've found are simular shells with clarino palms w/o any double layering

I have a set of Glencross's RBKs next to me hear, and they are just like the standard RBK9000s, again with just a cream clarino palm...

they are nice to collect

I want to get a pair of Easton Z-Air's just like Iggy's or Brad Richards

You probabley don't want to wear game used gloves but maybe that will help you out on some cheap gear

Have you ever thought of going with custom made gloves? Even though they are technically not pro stock gloves, you have a lot of options that you may not find in pro stock gloves (different palm materials, your own name, number, etc...)

Check out www.mywarriorhockey.com

Ebay, Prostockhockeygear.com, also check out Modsquadhockey.com and talk to JR over there. He works (or worked) for Tampa Bay at one point in time to clear out their pro stock gear and may or may not have some leads.

you should also check out the pro stock forum: http://www.sports2k.com/forum/

I've picked up some really good stuff from sellers there and unlike ModSquad (which is great too) there is no fee to view the classifieds section.

the Gladiators guy works for the team. they also have a gear sale usually sometime in the summer. you can get some awesome deals there but you typically won't find anything but Reebok and CCM gear there since the ECHL has an agreement with Reebok/CCM.
I have 2 pairs of Thrashers gloves I bought at the final sale that I'm looking to unload. PM me if you're interested.
