God dammit... I needed that shutout for my pool. How many games has Rinne only given up 1 goal? Its killing me.

My quick count has the Preds at 11 games where they have allowed 1 or fewer goals. I think Rinne started them all.

Turning Hillen into a permascratch was a good start. Next move is trade for a defenseman and do the same with Cube.

No, he didn't. He turned the opposite way and read a rink ad. Just more proof that Bouillon is the weak link on the defensive chain.
Oh, well. We won the game. Rinne's numbers improved with a very good performance. Wins from the Sabres and Stars tonight make things very interesting in the central.

Nassau and Madison Square Garden are two of the more depressing arenas to watch games in. At least on TV. Reminds me a lot of Copps in Hamilton, the lighting looks horrible and just makes it dull.

Anyone wonder if Lindback would have got the win today? I thinking it would have been a different game for sure.

Slept through the entire game.
Glad Rinne got a W, but a little sad he didn't get the shut-out, could've used that for my fantasy pool...

Tough to say. The team is going to play differently with Linders in net. I think we aren't as aggressive early on, but still get the W in a 2-1 game.

Cooper said it sounds like Trotz is sounding like he's leaning toward starting Rinne again tomorrow.

I think if Trotz would allow it, Rinne would play 82 games every season...

I think we should start Lindback tomorrow.
Mostly because I like Anders and such. But also because we need to show him off if we're going to get Getzlaf.

The flip side is what if he doesn't play well?

getzalf isnt our target and I doubt lindback woud be the piece that the Ducks covet anyway.
I was hoping if Lindback did play that New Jersey would have sent a scout over...

Sarcasm isn't well received on this forum, is it?

Good move, especially if Suter is out tomorrow.
