Obviously Halls not in good shape & has a poor training regimen. Teams also putting too much pressure on the kids & relying on them too much, resulting in injuries. Also its Tambi/Renneys fault.
Got to look at everything you know.

It's much worse than simply stiches, they took him to the hospital. No further word on the full extent of the injury. Have to hope that his eye wasn't hurt and it is just a cut around his eye.

Honestly, I just hope our kids can get out of this season without any long-term problems. That's more important to me than where we finish.

I hope Hall is alright...

They just said on the SNET broadcast that Hall did NOT go to the hospital, so it may have looked worse than it really was.

Hoping for the best.

This is a direct result of the losing culture that surronds the Oilers.

Initial reports stated the eye was not involved but that the top of head/ forehead was badly cut and he was being stitched in the dressing room by a team doctor.
Then he was taken to Hospital when cut couldn't be stitched and needed to be sutchered.Which leaves me to believe that it's a horrific cut or if a skull fracture is involved (just speculation on my part). They would obviously take X-rays to err on the side of caution.

See what happens when the veterans don't stick up for their teammates? Someone should of pounded Potter into the ice.

Getting stitched up. Might play might not. Potter stepped on his head trying to jump over smid and hall. Hall stepped on the puck that's how it all happened. Oilers have terrible luck.

This reminds of the Gagner injury from last year, something that "could" happen, but it's so stupidly unlikely it is beyond frustrating.

Last I heard on sportsnet that he was still in the dressing room. I'm sure we will find out more at intermission.

That's truly depressing. It's seriously getting to be "what the hell else can possibly happen" and then more **** happens.
