He's always been like that. He needs to play better, but he's not even the main problem. The slackers on this team is unbelievable. We need production from more than Pominville and Vanek if we are to win games, and some nights it doesn't even look like our team deserves to play in the NHL.

So that's why he didn't return to the bench, he was looking for a Sabre to fall on.
It's not his decision if he gets traded or not.

Yep, there are. And Regier isn't going to move his franchise goalie for table scraps, so Miller has power to torpedo the first 8 teams Darcy could deal with, pretty much nixing any possible move.

Not really. I mean if you eliminate the teams that already have an elite goaltender or a goalie playing good neough. Carolina, Boston, New York, Nashville, Vancouver, New Jersey (though on the decline), Dallas ( Lehtonen has been amazing for them this year), L.A, Pittsburg, Detroit. Eliminate Toronto and Ottawa (division). Really there are only about 9 teams that could pick him up. Columbus, Tampa Bay and Washington would be the most likely 3.

Now which teams need a goalie, and are good trading partners with buffalo?" Then vetos the top eight on that list. Pretty much kills the list of teams that would trade for him....

I don't know the specifics of Millers contract, but generally a player has to provide such lists before the season.

yeah how does providing the list work? Does everyone with a limited trade clause all walk in on say september one to submit their list, or edit the list from the previous year?
Its not like in mid january if darcy is considering trading he then goes to ryan and asks for a list. That would be an awkward conversation hahah
