Matter of fact, youngsters should get traded. Unless a significant return comes our way, it makes no sense. Eller will be good.
He has the same amount of points as last season, in 35 less games. Not too shabby in terms of progression.
He only has 5 less points than Plekanec at ES. Give him regular shifts on the PP, even if we're horrible there, you could give him some extra points.

He will be just fine. Just like Plekanec, it will end up clicking and things will pick up for him.
Agreed.

the scary part? with a competent gm, who knew how to sell off the spare parts for good assets - this rebuild could be done in a year

Budaj will play more I have no doubt, should get a game this weekend. If we're out of a playoff race(which IMO we already are) no point playing Price 65+ games

Let just hope Gauthier isn't there when this happen. He might actually trade his lottery ball for Wade Redden.

10% probability of making the playoffs, time for the boys to start shopping for clubs.

I never said Eller or Pleks should be traded. Other than Gill/Moen/AKost/Campoli and Weber at the deadline, I don't think anyone should be traded.

LOL. I don't often type in capitals, but you HAVE to be kidding me. Gomez was literally one of the best forwards on the ice tonight, on either side. He looked great, played great. The reason they promoted him to better wingers is because he was the only center that played well tonight.

Gomez was definitely one of the best Habs tonight. I can't believe any fans can have their views so distorted as to not notice that he was obviously playing well tonight and was rewarded with better linemates.

The sad thing is PG wrote the letter to himself so he could use the excuse to sneak out of the building.

Rene Bourque is a boss. About ******* time that we have a guy like him in our top 6. A big, physical player, good shot and when he drops the glove, he's good.

Randy's going to have to understand that if he keeps throwing Eller into tough matchups, and Eller keeps floundering, the guy who's failing isn't Eller, it's Randy.

And now he went into full line roulette mode to end the game, coming up with new combinations every shift.

No matter what you do for eller, he can't complete a play, that's not the coach's fault. Eller needs time in the ahl, Compare eller's numbers to players his age and younger.

Can you imagine what would happen if the Habs missed the playoffs for 6 years straight like the Leafs?

5th time being shutout this season. Add another 9 games that we score 1 goal.

14 games out of 45 games was basically impossible to win. That's 30% of the games.

And we have 5 2 goals game which is usually not enough to win game.

So about 40% of the game so far this season, we've score 2 goals or under.

With Price not playing in god mode, its pretty normal that we are where we are. Also, add we are freaking last on PP. Tonight was another game we lost because of our suckiness on the PP.

So for the people blaming Price only for our disaster season. Shut the **** up. I know he's not really good so far this season but the team in front of him is a ****ing disaster too.

Ahahah, good job at the guy who called that RC would say the reason we lost was "facing a hot goalie".

He doesn't need time in the AHL. He doesn't need to play against AHLers. He just needs to play against third-liners rather than first-liners.
