I bet a ton too, but have never bet on the Flyers, Eagles, Phillies,(we have a basketball team?)

Just my personal view of course

This defense, the goalie situation, etc.

This isn't a time to be betting on the Flyers IMO.

Look at Vokoun. Beginning of the season when they were switching him and neuvy out all the time he was playing horrible. Then they played him 10 striaght and voila vokoun reappeared. Bryz needs to start 8 games straight to get him in a good groove.

Bobrovsky is 7-0 vs. the Islanders

Easy decision

Nabokov with back to back shutouts?

Seriously, Islanders are playing pretty good hockey in their last few games. Flyers better show up for this one.

just wanted it on record that all of couturier's goals have come from great defensive plays in our zone and then a rush going th other way. just hope the rest of the team is seeing that as well. a good defense really is the best offense!! (how he does it with sill only 7 min of ice time is beyond me, he is 8th in rookie scoring only 3 goals behind nuggent (hyphen) hopkins with only half the toi!)
i saw that beef is already feeling shut out tonight so, since he was goodly enough to break the ice(pun not intended but welcome), i'll say it too. i actually feel it tonight! SHUTOUT! good guys 4 - couldn't fill the seat if they paid them 0! i'm with you beef!!

I'm with you, I gamble quite a bit, but never bet on the Flyers. 2 years ago I even went as far as trading Roo from my keeper fantasy league cause I knew he would blow up after the trade

Islanders fan coming in peace here. I just wanted to state how I feel this is going to be a good game especially because the Isles are coming off a great win against Washington. With that being said the key to the Flyers winning is shutting down Tavares. If you take out Tavares, then you take out most of the Islanders offense, obviously though that is much tougher to do then just being typed on a computer. Tavares is emerging as an elite player in this league. I just wanted to give my two cents on tonight's game and good luck.

And in order you have success against the flyers, you need to take out Giroux, Jagr.....oh wait, just Bryz.
