I'd just like to see them move the current jerseys towards the old style and get rid of the Reebokness that plagues them now. The curving shoulders and the weird striping sucks. Maybe take the opportunity to tweak them so it doesn't seem like a throwback, but that's about it.
If the Blues simply revert to the jersey prior to the Reebok vertical piping redesign - it will make for a big improvement. Remove the vertical piping and add a horizontal stripe to the bottom.
Saw this concept on the main board, would absolutely love this:

I'd prefer to make the third jersey our primary and a version as our away. This concept is killer.
Then we can introduce this as our new third, which could become our primaries in a couple years, maybe around '13-14.
I also wouldn't mind if that just became our primaries immediately and a white version became our aways with our current third staying a third jersey. I think our more classic looking sweaters look better without any navy in them.
I'd be interested to see a lighter blue body with darker blue in the note and bands. Not full-on baby blue, but lighter than they've been using. A bit closer to the classic color.

I think that would be cool. I always dug the classic baby blue jerseys.

No offense taken. I wasn't trying to out do anyone, just provide some discussion points.
Which concept one are you talking about? I like all of the ones on this page.

As do I, there are some classy designs in here. I was referring to the ones Guy posted. The only possible improvement to those could be to remove the shoulder yoke. Can anyone try to make those up?
The *problem* (if you can call it that) with our thirds is that the Blues really don't need an alternate logo. The bluenote is as iconic and identifiable as the best logos in professional sports. An alternate logo merely waters down the brand.
I agree with the poster who said the current thirds (and similar concepts) should remain thirds. I think the third's style, use of blue, and circular logo will end up being regarded as a fad in years to come (see also: Pittsburgh, Florida, Columbubs, Minnesota, et al). 10-15 years ago, the fad was slanted stripes and colors that didn't belong (black for most teams, red for the Blues).
The only case in which I would like the current thirds moved to regular home is if the white thirds posted above were adopted as our away jerseys and a "throwback" similar to what's posted below as our third.

Between the original 6 teams and the majority of the class of 67, those jerseys should stay to the traditional look as much as possible. I just really hope we don't get some crazy person try to make the team where gold or yellow jerseys like Nashville has. Gold jerseys never work.
