They have to be over 23 players if they add Da Costa. So either someone else is on IR ie... Lee, Daugavins, Smith or Da Costa won't officially be added to the active roster. I suspect that Lee is the one but haven't seen anything on it.

Good to hear Smitty and Daugs are on the ice ...With all these players called up and playing the Ducks with all there issues ..maybe we arent just leaving Anaheim with the 2 points LOL

It might not be Kuba it could be a prospect or pick for a roster player.
I think this team needs another top 4 d man not to trade one. Phillips and Gonchar should be the third pairing playing sheltered minutes. Gonchar gets pp time and Phillips gets pk.

A mean shut down top 4 D man is what this team is lacking to play with Cowen.

How can you post this many times for this many years and think that Kuba is available at this point? He is our second best defenceman and we are a top 10 team in the NHL. The idea of Kuba being moved at the deadline is so silly at this point I wonder how you can even bring it up?

They are looking to the farm to see what they have.. to see if they should ADD and how much they should ADD... not to see if they can subtract the player with the 2nd most minutes played on the team.

Looks like smith and daugavins will play vs ducks. Both fine at practice.

This is great news! Especially happy about Smith, but Daugavins is a warrior, glad they are both fine.
