**** him.
I won't make excuses for Gomez, but that shot was an inch away from going over Fleury's shoulder. Watch the replay from behind Gomez and you'll see it wasn't far off.

Didn't expect Cunneyworth to make the same dumb decisions as JM throughout the game but I guess...At least we know he's not toughing out past this season.
I mean I'd defend a unilangual coach if he was good but this guy....ouch.
Then again, maybe he really just is trolling us all.

People complaining about Gomez on the shootout. Frankly I don't blame Cunney too much. NOBODY CAN SCORE ON THE SHOOTOUT!!!!
I would have gone with Pacioretty, Bourque, AK

And if anyone was having regrets about hopping off the playoffs bandwagon, it just got napalmed into the ground. lol
We have one function line with a bunch of players along for the ride. We have a pile of dead cap space being taken by players that will never live up to their contracts. Time to face reality and make a move to the future.

What's really sad is instead of getting a real coach to appease the fans they are going to hire Roy to bring "passion", just like Tremblay and Carbo before him.

Malkin is unstoppable. The problem was it shouldn't have been that close to begin with. That SH goal was inexcusable, sloppy, amateur play.
