McD was an absolute beast for that whole game. I hope he's alright.

Where's Sher Khan? Miracle on Ice? Lucky? Did Boston let us win so that they can experience adversity which will teach lessons necessary for the cup? But he won't be here until they beat us, no doubt.

Definitely a nice win, but completely dwarfed by what looks to be the long term loss of McDonagh.

Hard to be too ecstatic, all things considered.

The team to beat.

1)Gaby
2)Hank
3)Cally

Gaborik showed up big time in the biggest game of the season. That's what the elites are made of.

Awesome win, now we gotta hold our breath to see if McD is okay...It could be nothing serious, just hit really hard, loss of breath, sore etc.

Huge win.
PP sucks aside from the mad scramble.

Hopefully McD just got the wind knocked out of him, curious to see how Shanahan will deal with Ference, if at all.

In the early season battle for best in the East, the Rangers come out on top.

I'd rather lose the game than lose McD.

Obviously happy they won, but it's hard to feel satisfied after watching that 4 on 3 PP and McDonagh's injury.

What an unbelievably entertaining game.

Good: McDonagh, Gaborik, Richards, Callahan, Del Zotto, Girardi, Lundqvist
Bad: Anisimov, Dubinsky. PP still sucks, defense was iffy at times.
Redden: Andrew Ference and the Refs.

Goalscorers just have a knack. The hands needed to score that winner...I mean, all that chaos and Gabby has the poise to just lift it into the top shelf. Unreal skill in a pressure situation.

****ing blowhards from can eat that one. And yes, the deserved that win after battling the refs and the Bruins for 2 and a half periods. Refs finally realized Boston was playing in the 3rd, games changed from that point.

Stars:

McDonagh
Gaborik
Hank

Most of the team played well, just a good team on the other side. They are going to score and defend well too.

Can someone make a compilation video of our late game heroics? The McD OT goal, the Richie buzzer beater, and now the Gabby rebound?

Don't celebrate too hard.

McDonagh is gone for god knows how long.

Boston is nothing. Overrated bunch of dumb oafs.

The BETTER team won. Despite the Bruins having the game handed to them on a platter.

Was McD on the ice for the post-game celebration? I was desperately looking for him but couldn't tell.

Exactly. It's a good win, but the loss of the game would've been much preferable to the loss of McDonagh. Losing McDonagh for an extended period hurts much much worse than losing this game would.
