Really proud of the Flyers today. Played their balls off and left it all out on the ice.

I just wish Bryz would have one of those games where he steals a win and leaves us all in awe.

Just looking through the boxscore... I swear coots should have an assist on the last goal. Though tbh they gave it to Talbot and it didn't hit him! He had an assist yesterday as well that just was not put on the board, on the Read goal.

Edit: They just changed it for the one tonight.

Me too. Seeing guys whining about losing, yet posting before the game that we had no chance is one of many things that has made this place so pathetic.

Sucks we lost, but very hard earned point and great statement standing up to Bs physically.

We still need a bigger D vs these guys though.

It's probably worth getting somebody new in there to have a go. It can't really hurt, and it's not like Reese is indispensable.

Great effort, but Bryz needs to step it up. I still would just feed him games until he gets it. All the so called experts say he is a good goalie so lets see. I also do not care what anyone thinks. But we still need help on the backend. We are fooling ourselves if we think we are going deep with two rookies back there. I do like Gus's game though. The boys really fought hard today and it will only help and build character. Now if we can only get heathly.

PS the Pat's owner is drunk LOL

It's the NHL retarded rule. If there's a shootout, who ever gets the shootout winning goal has to be 1st star.

All goalies lose their ability top stop pucks in the SO as soon as they dress in O&B. Pathetic....

Is that an attempt to make the shootout more important? That's stupid.

Gagne once had an OT game-winner in Philly and wasn't chosen a top 3 star. He scored twice in that game, too.

Apparently. There was a big stink made when Saku Koivu returned to Montreal, but Bobby Ryan won the game in the shootout, and basically had to shoo Koivu back on to the ice (second star) when Ryan's name was called as first star.

Absolutely love Sestito. This teams seems to step it up a notch or 2 when he's in the lineup.

I think he just has to get booed beyond belief and also have the media go after him like they did to Richards. Then he'll realize he got his $10 million this year and retire.

At least Leighton was able to string a few good games together. I dare say it but this might be worse than Leighton.

Thanks to the Ravens that half shot has turned into 5 shots.

In German, "Cundiff" translates to "Failure"

Also, great effort by the Philadelphia HartnellBots today.
