I have no issues with the signing...just let us know what the heck is going on. They have nothing to gain by keeping it low key.

I'm more pissed by the medical staff than witrh Gauthier. He was told Markov would be ok for the start of the season...a pretty reasonable expectation for an ACL reconstruction(see Malkin tearing up the league).

Honestly if Markov's career is possibly over I wish they would be open about it. I'm not entirely sure Gauthier is the one hiding anything, it seems like every doctor is saying something different.

He'll make it just in time for the 2014 Olympics but will have played 0 games for the Habs since his last injury. He'll go on to bring gold back to Russia and hab fans with be uber excited to have him back posting ridiculous numbers at the Olympics.

A day before his first game back he'll trip outside the bell center due to poor salting and a slippery road, he'll tear both his ACL/MCL and never play again.

it's PG's policy to keep quiet. He doesn't want anyone disclosing info on injuries (this goes for Hamilton players as well), just like he doesn't want Timmins talking about the draft picks.
