What place do you see Giroux being drafted tonight? I think 3rd. I see Hartnell around 30.

I'm going to guess that Giroux goes 8th and Hartnell is selected sometime tomorrow.

i wouldn't be surprised if hartnell was picked last.
and then leads the league in points for half a season next year, after being humiliated with a new honda.

Giroux is easily top 5, perhaps 2 (after Malkin), but this gets complicated with guys picking teammates/friends over better players and such.

Who cares as this has become a glorified popularity contest, instead of a hockey skills competition.
He should go top 5 but look at who the captain are so I bet he goes mid pack.

G - 3rd
Fartsmell - Isn't he BFF with Lupul?
I bet he goes first 1/2 of the draft.

Alffy already said he's picking Karlson with his first pick, so Giroux probably won't be going 1st overall
Hartnell is the favourite to get picked last....that will be great to see

Giroux in the top 5.
Hartnell I think can go in the top 20 picks if the drafter has drafted Giroux already and wants to factor in that Hartnell and Giroux have been playing together all season. Considering it looked like the team talks while waiting to draft, I can see Giroux pushing to get Hartnell.

I really don't care when G goes, as long as he goes to the blue team. I already have a frickin' white one of him!!

This is why I hate school yard "drafts."

Hey, it is what it is.
A glorified popularity contest.
I will **** my pants if either Chara or Alfredson chooses a Flyer as one of his top 5.

should bring back the rookie game waste of selecting 12 rookies when there gonna take part in one skill most likely. It was fun when they had the rookie game they would play 4 on 4 the whole game i think 2 periods

Alfredsson already said he's picking Karlsson first. I think Chara will pick Kessel first to make the fans happy (and because Lupul will tell him to).
Therefore I think Giroux will go 3rd or 4th... maybe 5th (if Malkin and Stamkos go before him, which they might).

I hope Kessel is picked last again, just because. Make it an annual tradition.

Bah, came here to post just that. Beat me to it.
I'll guess G somewhere 4-6. Harts somewhere in the bottom 10, but not last. Kimmo, being constantly mentioned as one of the more under-appreciated D-men, probably gets picked accordingly. I'd guess 4th or 5th amongst defensemen.
