I have a pretty extensive list right now, very slim chance that there are fewer then 2 left when we reach #80.

Yeah, that condition is basically impossible. You don't know if the second condition is met until after the first pick is already made, which makes it impossible to complete.

Doesn't matter. There can't be a condition on the 2nd pick, since the trade is already decided before getting to that pick.
The actual conditions for this trade are: at pick #80, one team has his player available, and the other team has at least 3 of his players available.
basically, either one of them can call off the trade at pick 80, which hopefully means that they both know who the other one wants, so we won't have to wait until they are both around before one of them can pick at 80.
