I'll just find a stream and stick it to them before the main events start.
Things are no different down here. Many providers don't even carry Fuel on their expanded packages, or NHL Network for that matter. Cable is just as bad in the states.

So I checked Sportsnet's website and it looks like this on from 9-11et on the original Sportsnet channel with no prelims being shown. I thought someone said they were showing prelims on Sportsnet One?

Is Sportsnet One even available in HD on Telus? I can't seem to find that channel anywhere in my guide. I watched the last event in SD (at least I think that's what I was watching).

My buddy has telus and for him it's in the high 600's. Check in the 670-680 range. Atleast that's what it is here in Edmonton, don't know about Victoria.

Ignore the guide.. the prelims will be on Snet One.. seen several commercials for it. Same thing happened for the FX card. Guide didn't mention it at all but they were on.

Main card is on all of the regional channels (not on Snet One).

Yup, I have Shaw Direct.

Prelims are listed as beginning at 5PM on Sportsnet One. The main card follows, at 8PM, on any of the regional Sportsnet channels.

Light Heavyweight bout: Rashad Evans vs. Phil Davis (dec) -- I see a sizeable striking advantage for Rashad and the wrestling being more or less on par. Davis absolutely has to put Rashad on his back to win and I don't think he'll be able to do it consistently. I actually think it's more likely that Rashad takes him down after tagging him with some punches.

Middleweight bout: Chael Sonnen vs. Michael Bisping (dec) -- literally the only avenue for Bisping here is to outpoint Sonnen in a fight that largely takes place standing up. Sonnen isn't dumb enough to play that game with him though and there's no way that Bisping's defensive wrestling is good enough to stay standing. I wouldn't be surprised to see Sonnen submit him like he did Stann, but decision is probably the most likely outcome.

Middleweight bout: Demian Maia vs. Chris Weidman (dec) -- Weidman has the potential to be a real tough matchup for Maia. His wrestling is good enough to dictate where the fight takes place and he's no slouch in the sub grappling department, having gone the distance with Andre Galvao at ADCC (who is arguably a better sub grappler than Maia at this point). That said, the fact that he's taking the fight on such short notice kind of tears it for me. I don't think he'll be in peak form and Maia should be able to eke out a decision. It'll be close though.

Lightweight bout: Evan Dunham vs. Nik Lentz (dec) -- I expect a bit of a tedious fight here somewhat along the lines of Lentz/Bocek. Much like Bocek, I think Dunham is a good enough grappler to be able to counteract Lentz' wrestling and get the judges' nod.

Heavyweight bout: Mike Russow vs. John-Olav Einemo (TKO) -- this should be a fun heavyweight slugfest. I was live at the show in Vancouver where Einemo went toe-to-toe with Dave Herman and it was wildly entertaining (though sloppy as hell). Russow is a decent grappler but he'll do well to avoid the ground here and bust JOE up with punches.

Featherweight bout: Cub Swanson vs. George Roop (dec) -- meh. Never been able to take Swanson seriously after watching him lose to Aldo in 8 seconds and Jens Pulver in like 30.

Featherweight bout: Charles Oliveira vs. Eric Wisely (sub) -- don't really know anything about Wisely, but based on his record he seems to be a regional-circuit kind of guy who Oliveira should be able to style on. If not then Oliveira is basically on the cutting block after a very promising start in the UFC.

Lightweight bout: Michael Johnson vs. Shane Roller (sub) -- Roller's wrestling and especially sub grappling is just better, which should be enough to allow him to take this fight comfortably. Slight chance that Johnson manages to win based on his striking, but I don't think it's likely.

Heavyweight bout: Joey Beltran vs. Lavar Johnson (TKO) -- Beltran isn't great but he's a solid middle-of-the-road guy, and I've never seen him look as bad as Johnson did in his loss to Shane del Rosario last year.

Middleweight bout: Chris Camozzi vs. Dustin Jacoby (dec)

Did they move the Camozzi-Jacoby fight up to the Fuel broadcast since the other fight got canceled and they were only gonna have one fight for Facebook?

Joey's sooooo bad. But even considering that, he can really take a punch and Lavar finished him. So the guy's powerful.

Beltran can take a punch and he showed it there, but Johnson's got heavy hands as he showed.

Yeah, I think I picked Beltran to beat Miocic and Pat Barry in the past too though, it never seems to work out for me.

e: this reminds me though, what the heck is Shane del Rosario up to? He creamed Lavar Johnson almost a year ago in Strikeforce and he hasn't been heard from since. I read that he signed with the UFC but they should try to get him a match ASAP.

Was involved in a car accident. Expected to fight in the UFC sometime this year.

As for Beltran, he needs to fight a brawler with no chin, that's where he shines. Wouldn't surprise me to see him drop another 20 pounds and try his hand at 205 either.
