A bit severe, and in hindsight I realized I had been offering more ratio-wise than I thought I was, but it's a large move-up fairly early and was for a talent who could have gone quite a bit higher.
I'm not in the committee so it's not my call and I have no vote , I'm not the one you have to convince. You should probably have waited until the trade was checked out.
I say next draft we do no trades. I think it would be cool to see teams assembled without moving up and out of rounds. Thats just me, I dont usually like to trade.
At the very least, I now see why trades on the clock were prohibited. Guess we have to wait for the rest of the trade committee to sign on to hfboards before proceeding with the draft

I'm starting to agree. Comparing the ratios of two round trades to four round trades is unreasonable. It will be interesting to see how the possible approval of this 3 round upgrade affects morale.

I fail to see how it's unreasonable; particularly to the 60 for 76th deal. The first picks being dealt are quite a bit later, but the bulk of the move-up in later rounds also occurs quite a bit later later.
I think I have a bigger problem with the shady way the trade was slipped under the radar without being given a chance to be reviewed than I do with the trade itself.

Awaiting th opinions of other committee members.
I was so excited, and the pick had been on the clock for so long, I made the selection without thinking. We weren't trying to be shady
Another deal:
To Hamilton Mustangs: 89, 215, 264, 392, #441
To Toronto St. Pats: 124, 152, 252, 380, #453
-35, +63, +12, +12, -12. 2.1:1 ratio.
vecens24 to confirm.
Well aware the deal doesn't go unless my previous deal with Mr Bugg is approved. But you can analyzethis one at the same time and not take anymore time than needed.
Yeah edited my wording but you were too fast. It just sorta happened that way. All of a sudden, you were picking in bugg's spot and he posted a trade here that didn't make any sense (because the picks were all wrong). And then the next person picked...

Umm yeah....That deal that's on the clock now is confirmed. I can leave my pick with TDMM if he wants to wait until other committee members get here to see how this shakes out.
Totally up to you guys at this point. I'm between two guys here so it'll be about ten minutes before I decide, but yeah just let me know TDMM.
i have no problem with the trade between toronto and kimberley.
toronto gets the most valuable pick and gets a player who could be picked quite a bit earlier than 87th, and i don't think there is a huge difference between 249 and 279, since preference and team need become increasingly important.

Yes, I suppose I can understand that. It was a series of unfortunate mistakes that I shall be sure to avoid more in the future.
