8th goal for king tonight as he becoems the canucks' leading goal scorer. only kovalchuk has 12 goals and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th highest scoreres are tied with 9 goals have more than him.

Is it just me, or do the Sedins look a lot faster this year?

I'd agree with that. They've been scoring goals off the rush this year!

*gasps of shock and horror*

They've certainly worked on their footspeed. I think that the benefits that King and the Sedins give each other are mutual--the Sedins are better because of King and King is better because of the Sedins, it's very nice to see.

All due respect for King,

I'd say 3 or 4 of his goals so far this season have been essentially the Twins bouncing goals off his stick or getting tap-ins. King on another other line has 2 or 3 goals. With the Twins, he's got 8.

Still doing better than anyone else you played with them.... he knows where to go and how to score.... it's more than just banking the puck off his stick..

Durring last nights game Garrett mentioned how Crawford has likened Kings playing style to Steve Larmer. What are your guys thoughts on that? I barely remember watching Larmer play but wasn't he more of a score off the rush kinda guy? Or possibly we havn't had an oppertunity to see that side of king yet haveing to adjust his game to the Sedin's cycle game? Did anyone else hear that comment or did I imagine it? Shy.
