i disagree. we're not playing horrible.. we are being out-hit.
take away weber's horrible play.. and suter and it is 0-0. klein's turnover never happens if weber doesn't get outworked and takes a penalty

Or if Suter gets the puck to him where he can handle it and not the pop-up to glove down attempt.

Now lets use the intermission to replace these Weber and Suter imposters with the real thing.
Edit: "End of 1st Min-2 Nsh-0: no goals." Not sure that's possible ESPN but whatever you say.

Yup, plus the fact that no one tied up heatley in front of the net ( I believe that was Suter as well)
Our forwards are getting man handled in front of their net. This team needs some size and grit up front.

Actually thought the first period looked fairly solid outside of a big lapse by Weber and Suter then Klein's poor catch and drop behind the goal but you have to give some credit to Heatley on that second goal; absurd hand eye coordination. We can pull it off; all it takes is one to get things going.

Looks like a typical bad Pred game. Weber,Suter, and Fisher all behind the net with NO ONE in front. Klein makes his normal mistake when pressured. Should be on 3rd line or in the AHL IMO.
Forwards passing the puck for no reason when the D is clearly backing up and not pressuring.
Smith looks good and has show cased some of his talent. Kid is going to be a stud with more experiance. Name 1 other player on the Preds roster who could do that? Maybe Erat?

Wilson can. In 2 years, those two will easily be our top 2 forward. Heck, they're close now on their good days.

Yup and we need that 3rd player to compliment them. Radulov would be nice, but someone via trade would be good.

I know people have off nights, so I don't want to read too much into this, but Suter looks so disinterested. Makes you wonder if Kimmo made his point. Hopefully I'm imagining things.

Why in the world did Rinne come off the post?
Bad play by Klein, too. That could be game.
