Intense pressure = opponent making increasingly lower quality play. Av's were all over us for extended periods last night. The whole Oiler team struggled with that and fortunately we got the better goaltending on the night.
The Avs are a big team as well and imposed their size on the Oilers. It was very evident when Hall, Gagner and Eberle were on the ice...along with Horcoff and Smyth puck battles were consistently being lost.
The top 6 desperately needs some size.
