Well, Its official.

Now that Yormark suckered away 7 million in tax payer dollars the club red is finally coming to life.

Supposedly, its already 25% sold out. I really dont understand the point of this when the ADT club is already in existence and basically offers the same amenities.

P.S. Secretly hoping this drives down the demand for ADT club and drives down the prices that way me and the fam can sit there more often.

Politicians logic. Taxpayers make money as in the city of Sunrise. The entire loan for the BAC was cornered on the city of Sunrise receiving payments. They received one payment in the 90's for $300,000. The BAC has made 120mm in profit.
