Skates starting to irritate at the ankles

I have a pair of skates that I've worn for the last two years. Recently the foam near the ankle on my right skate seems to have broken-down too much. The form is too thin near that area and the hard plastic underneath presses on my ankle bone when i skate.

Does anyone know if I can get something like the form pads added to the top like the APX?
