Brandon Dubinsky gave NY a 1-0 lead. Jody Shelley and Derek Boogaard fought (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DS8LTsb91zQ ). The Flyers led 1-0 after two periods then extended the lead to 2-0 before NY scored. Jeff Carter won 13 of 17 faceoffs. Philly held a 39-25 shots advantage including 13-6 in the third period. Chris Pronger missed his first game due to foot surgery. The Flyers completed an impressive streak of four straight wins against top opponents (Boston, Pittsburgh, Montreal and the Rangers) and were 10-1-3 in the last 14 games. Boucher improved to 6-0-1 in his last seven starts with a 1.66 GAA and a .943 save percentage. Highlights -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qTdQQNGqvpY

i have no idea what to think about this game.

factor in our ability to not win against the rags this season and the early start.

finaly add in the **** we took at the hands of the refs.

i would totaly understand these guys gun shy and aprehensive tomorow morn at puck drop

hopefully they come out feeling great with their fight back in the 3rd period today thou

Will be attending this one and for the first time in my life I won't be wearing a Flyers jersey. I have a feeling the Rangers fans won't be too friendly tomorrow. Let's go Flyers!!!

Think someone can tell them the game starts at 1pm and not around 2:30 or so like they thought today?

They didn't play for about 50 minutes of today's game, so they should be well rested.

In the past I have worn mine but I was with three other construction workers who did not give a crap what went down. But if you are with a chick or by yourself, then it most likely is a good idea. Hopefully you see a good game.

GO FLYERS

Thanks MSE

PS Lets see Dubinsky talk crap now.

Watching the Isles broadcast of the NYI/Buff game they called the Flyers a total embarrassment and that the 6-4 score sheet was a lie and the Devils let the Flyers score those 4 goals in the 3rd period. Said the Flyers are one of the weakest teams pretty much and they expect another 6+ loss the Rangers. That the Flyers just expect to put their sticks on the ice and be given a win and not fight for it. The other commentator then asked "Yeah when you get dominated like that but score a few weak gimme goals at the end like the Flyers did does that give you any confidence?" - "Nope. It's just embarrassing all the way around. Flyers were just an embarrassment."

...

...

Who the **** are the Isles' commentators? Have they always been total retards? I hope we destroy the Rangers just to throw it in these idiots faces.

Time for us not to suck? Hopefully avoid a 4th straight loss to them? Do it Bryz.

Should I wear my Gagne jersey to see if things get better?

They're clowns. Seriously. But really if I played for the Flyers and I heard that they said that, if I ever met those guys at some NHL event I wouldn't shake their hands and I would tell them why. "I'm not gonna ****in shake your hand. I heard what you said a few games ago. Why the **** would I shake your hand? You, your ****** frnachise and your ****** organization don't have room to talk about anything. Enjoy another year without a post season and talks of moving the team." Then walk away. That would shut those two the **** up.

Statement game, redeem yourselves for the absolutely pathetic two first periods yesterday.

I will miss it, but I hope to come back and see a 2 in Bryzgalov's shutout column.

Take the past game as extra motivation! Stick to the game plan and play a solid 60min. That's all you can ask for.

To hate the Devils or Rags more, that is the question.

Please win this Flyers. I can't take watching them lose to the Rangers again.

I hope they go at them physically like they did to the Bruins last time they played em.
