It is going to be a tight game but we will pull out the W today over their hobbett forwards!!!
Gomez will continue his drought while his bank account swells!!!

I'm calling 2 - 1, not sure for what team yet. But if it's us I guess it will be a 3 point game, since 2 goals is above our regulation time allotment.

We are up against another struggling team on the outside looking in but someone has to win.

The Jets need to step on the Habs today; what they need is to summon up some killer instinct.

I hate the Habs. I was raised to hate them. Finish them off, please, it is all I ask. Thanks in advance.

GO JETS GO!!!!

I worry that the Jets are a small team, but the Habs are a collection of circus folk.

3 game losing streak, 2nd game of back-to-back games, Jets are rested - you would think it's a cakewalk. NOT.

Jets need to bring the game they've played for the last four games - Habs will not be able to overcome the clogged up neutral zone and the tenacious forecheck.

Most of all, Wheeler and Little will mesmerise the Habs defense.

Jets 2-1

Getting a W here would give us 6 out of a possible 8 points on this road trip.

Despite losing to the Panthers, that would be a successful road trip.

Yup, a really important Sunday here. A Boston win, a Pittsburgh win and a Jets win, and I'd say we managed a very succesful road swing, coming home to a meeting with the Leafs on the 7th 4 points out of 8th, 3pts out of 3rd...however, with us losing, and those teams winning, then we're well...lets just win, and hope for the best, and that being said, when's JJ getting back in the lineup?? lol...Hey, big game today Winnipeg and I'm not talking bout Giants/Patriots....this is almost a must win.

Penguins fan - Winnipeg rooter;

1 - How is Nik Antropov playing this year? Always liked him and would be interested to see what it would take to bring him to Pittsburgh

2 - Blake Wheeler. Same concept, or could a deal be done with both in it?

3 - I'll certainly tune in if the Pittsburgh game is "sewn" up in time.

Average size of the Jets roster is 6' 1.25", and around 205 - 210lbs. Not THAT small, though there are a few guys in key positions that lack size.

I don't really either, but I think people see a lot of Enstrom, Oduya, Wellwood, Burmistrov, Miettinen, Stapleton, and Little, without considering Buff, Hainsey, Stuart, Flood, Antropov, Wheeler, Thorburn, Fehr, even Jim Slater plays the body...

I also want to add 20 GP for Miettinen, still no goal? Something has to give.

1- Antro has all the tools but I think he may be done in the NHL after the next couple of years... He's simply too slow. He can score and he can play well but it's incredibly inconsistent. I could see him fleeing to the KHL in a couple years.

2- Wheeler isn't going anywhere. He has surprised most of us this year. He's fast, big, tough, and he scores. He'll be an integral part of this team going forward.

i think that there is a big difference between winning 2/3 and 3/4,

3/4 from now until playoffs = in thee playoffs

2/3 from now until playoffs = not in playoffs

in my opinion

WIN DAT ****

Every two weeks or so, I always like to call out Andrew Ladd (Because I think he needs it), and I've noticed that he almost always responds in one way or another. Today is one of those days. Pick up your **** Ladd and take control of this team. Place yourself in dangerous situations, do what you did to get those two cup rings. This is your chance to be a leader of a canadian franchise moving forward, don't let it slip you by. Alright, I'm expecting a big one from the captain boys...Andrew, this is your team. Never forget it.
