I was cool with firing Tippett when it happened. But lately...

I promise that's the last ****** movie joke I'll make tonight.

don't think i've ever felt soooo much like it's time to blow it up.

on d, keep goli, daley, and larsen; up front loui, ryder, benn, ribs. don't care to hang on to anyone else if the price is right. or even in the ballpark.

gah. what a game/season.

1. Put Nystrom back to his line
2. Teach Larsen how to play defence
3. Jake Dowell back to the 4th line..

..Columbus, Buffalo might be the perfect opponents now.. Get 4pts from the East and then smash LAs lead to a minimum.

Larsen could be teaching the rest of the team how to play defense.

Souray: "That was awful and atrocious, no excuse. We've gotten by on great goaltending these last 3 games to bail us out, and that's wrong."

Last 3 games? Try the entire season, Sheldon.

My eyes are burning after that game, and I'm 99% sure it's not my contacts.

Ruined my night.

To me this might be the second worst game I've seen the Stars play this season, behind the Florida fiasco. Only a few people showed up tonight, and the rest were god awful. This picture is really the easiest way to summarize this game, and a big portion of the season:

Can we just lose the next 3 games and be done with it?

3-5-1 against teams playing their 2nd game in a back to back.

Benn and Nystrom complained to Gully about being tired after the Minnesota game following their 3rd game in 4 nights.

Phoenix just went 3-0-0 in their 3 games in 4 nights. Pathetic display all around. From top management, to the coaches, to the forwards, to the defenseman. Kari kept this game from getting into the 6-1 or 7-1 range.

Just absolutely embarrassing. The fact that I got in my car tonight thinking we were on a 3 game losing streak should tell you all you need to know about that Minnesota game and the 3 previous game in general. Even when we win, aside from the Anaheim game, it comes off feeling like a loss.

You can't get rid of Fistric! We'd lose all our size then, plus he's just a good player.

Just to be a complete ***** tonight. I told you so.

Now I feel better after that pathetic display. Leaving Fistric on the bench is a crime. Everyone basically sucked and if Grossman, Sourey, Robidas, and Morrow are still here post deadline then Niewendyk should be fired. What a pathetic "team."

I agree, those guys should all be gone.

For a team with a ****** PP the best offensive player doesn't see the ice enough. Ott had more PP time than Benn for godsake.

Goligoski actually moved his feet a bit on the PP once, and it looked amazing.

****ing Tippett and his insane defense.

It really is mind boggling isnt it. How the hell was Benn only one for what, one shift in that 4 min PP? At least Crawford gave him 25+ a night when he could handle it.

Unrelated, but the Riberio line continues to be a black hole defensively. Riberio's defensive effort was pathetic tonight. Token poke checks and barely back checking. I love the dude but he's part of the problem IMO.

The only silver lining in this horrible game is maybe it'll force the coaches to shake the lines up a bit. Reunite Benn-Eriksson-Ryder, Nystrom-Fiddler-Dvorak, put Vincour on Ribs wing, get Fistric in the lineup, and separate Souray-Robidas. Of course that probably won't happen, and their solution will probably be to give Peterson top 6 ice time or some stupid ****.

After that 3rd goal i stopped watching. I can't watch this team anymore, no effort or emotion to win or at least pretend to give a ****.

Scratching Fistric over Grossman? Did GG find Crawfords old play book or something? This really bothers me to see him pulling line changes and messing up the system that Dvorak, Fiddler, and Nystrom have. Along with Loui, Benn, and Ryder line.

I wouldn't be shocked to watch this team go on a bad skid, i mean if we lose 4 of next 5 games, then i think its safe to say its over and done with at this point. Time to blow it up, because if Joe doesn't start shipping out this trade deadline, i wouldn't care if he was fired because i think Galgardi will wipe the slate clean and hire his own people. I really hate to sound this pessimistic but its sad to watch this kind of performance, well the more we lose the more likely we will end up with a better pick in the long run.

Does anyone missed the net with a point shot more than Robidas? This ****ing guy shoots the puck a foot wide at least night in and night out.

We've been on a pretty bad skid ever since the 11-3-0 start. And it's definitely going to get worse if they continue to play like they have the previous three games.

Yep.. if we had played at the same points percentage we have since the 11-3 start during it we would have 49 points now and be 1 ahead of the ducks...
