I think we can all agree that the worst case scenario is a OTL?

Be nice to get a top 5 pick but I can't bring myself to cheer against the Habs, Habs take this one 3-1 with Bourque, Pleks and Kostitsyn scoring.

Let's win!!!
(Or lose, i wont be mad =P)
NO OTL PLZ ( or OTW lol)

Expect the unexpected ??
- Gomez PP OTL Goal
- Leblanc dropping gloves with Tavares
- Budaj SO
- Kaberle hat trick
- A trade between the 1st and 2nd period

Nice GDT. As much as I want the team to play well, there's nothing to gain by winning. Thank goodness we own our picks for next year.

Trade deadline is still 20 days away, we're not safe yet.

If we win, let's do it in the shootout, otherwise it isn't worth it.

Price scores the winner in the SO....may as well, he's done just about everything else to win this year!

Potvin RULES!!!

This is exactly the kind of game we can't afford to win.

We're actually 14th in the east today and 26th overall.

Either way, I have a feeling we're going to lose tonight.

I hope so anyway...

I'm really disliking what the management is doing at this point. It seems as if they're focusing solely on the now. Who cares about winning games right now, we're not going to make the playoffs, and winning will only bring us further away from a draft pick.

You never choose to tank at the beginning of the season, but halfway through, if you're not playing like a playoff, and your points reflect that, you need to start planning ahead and stop trying to move up in the rankings.

We need to play our young guys as much as we can (Eller, Leblanc, Subba, Emelin, Diaz, etc) and we need to absorb the losses and get a better pick. What the hell are we gonna do with the 14th overall pick? What the hell is that going to accomplish? We'll be at the same place next season just because the GM doesn't seem to understand that we don't care about winning right now, we just want to end up with a good team, and the best way to do that is to lose right now.

What a ****ing joke of a team. We have to be in the top-5 most poorly managed teams at this point. Every decision they make is the opposite of what they should be doing.

Sorry for the rant everybody, I've had a really crappy day, I'm just really tired of this team's inability to do anything right. We can't win properly and we can't lose properly. Talk about failing at failing.

Nabokov was a wall against the Flyers. Let's hope he does the same tonight.

Tank baby.

Because he hasn't played well enough to actually merit an nhl place but they can't demote him because they need his caphit to stay over the cap floor...

You can't stop players from trying to win games. And any players or coaches that would do so, I want them off my team anyway.

If anything these guys have seen more ice team than is ideal this season. Now you want to send them out but have someone tell them not to try too hard? Not really sure what you're advocating.

The best way of deliberately tanking would be playing the young guys less and giving more ice time to Gomez and Darche. Oh, wait....
