Well Doughty scored. That is a positive. Bernier looked sharp. That is a positive. Stoll might be injured. That is a positive. Martinez didnt get scored against. That is a positive. Anything else?

Who's the back up goalie for the Isles? You can put money on it he'll be in net on Saturday.

That covers it. And Brown drilled Kopeski right off his skates

Edit: we didn't get shutout either.

I'd like to see someone from Manchester maybe get a crack at the lineup. Kozun maybe? This team needs fresh blood, bad.

At this point I don't think the other team even needs a goaltender.

I ****ing hate Stoll. How does nobody go after Bergenheim? That pisses me off as much as the loss. At least square off with him so it can be over with. I'm embarrassed.

That about sums it up.

DL built this team from the back end out and then... well, he stopped. And it appears that no scoring is available in Manchester to try to help out?...

I'm just amazed how futile this team looks on offense.

Looking forward to losing a game someday 5-4. THAT would count as some excitement (at least 4x!). Likely won't happen this season though.

But I will say one thing. Bernier is beautiful. I feel 10000% confident in him, including as our starter.

Kopitar is a nice kid. Does he have enough fire in his belly to ever win in the NHL? Let's be honest guys like Crosby, Malkin, Datsyuk, etc. see Weaver step out on the ice and smile to themselves. Kopitar, I don't know what he does?

Yeah, Bernier will look great starting for whatever team we deal him to for a LW that will forget how to score as soon as he sees LAX

And one more thing, I just hate Dean for hiring sutter, How do you hire someone so ******* old a defensive minded, How do you repeat the same mistake, you fire Old ass terry for an old ass sutter, where the hell is the difference between the coaches. You hire a young coach since old terry wasnt working. So boneheaded.

Guys I just tweeted nothelen with some frustration about how Dean getting a winger will not solve our problems and got an interesting response from her:

Helene: when i talked to him monday he was already talking about next season and cap space he gains July 1 to make moves. draw your own conclusion
