Proposal: Trade Matt Carle

The more i think about it the more I believe that Carle isnt coming back.


I think Homer is hoping Pronger comes back and sets up something like this.

I don't think Homer believes that. I'm pretty sure Homer knows the chances of Pronger ever coming back are very, very slim

Hope can be a dangerous thing, especially when it's predicated on something fragile and unknown. Homer would be wise to prepare as if Pronger will never play hockey again, and I guarantee that's precisely what he's doing.

if we are hedgeing our bets that Prongs returns and is as good as he ever was, that is a dangerous plan to say the least..

even if by some miracle he returns next season, will he ever be the same ??

we are talking about a older player returning from what is basicly a career ending injury..

hes no spring chicken you know.
