Wish we had Danny Markov for more than 1 season.

Players we could simply just see play for us again? That list is too long...but the Alumni game did fill much of that void for me. I can say that I saw Bernie, Clarkie, Barber and co actually play in a game, Lindros and LeClair return and keep clicking, Poulin and Propp play, etc. etc.

Hextall when he first came into the league. No one had ever seen a goalie do all things he could do.

So athletic at 6'3'', could handle the puck, one of the best fighters on that team and just an emotional roller coaster every game.

Pelle Lindbergh. He would have brought Philly more than one Stanley Cup, that's for sure..

Lindros. Only got to see him when I was younger, and don't really remember much.

Eric Lindros in his prime 1993-1997, just watching him impose his will on a game physically and scoring wise was something you rarely see anymore, and he did it often.

Hexy pre- groin tear, 87-89, much taller version of flexy bob with the bat crazy enforcer mentality. Rob Brown still probably has nightmares of hexy chasing him.

Pre-Concussion Lindros.... AINEC.

People (not necessarily hardcore Flyer fans) only remember the later day shell of a player that he became, not the 18 year old who made the Canadian men's hockey team.

John LeClair, such a shame he was a penguin at the end. Also kind of surprised the flyers havent retired his number and now Brayden Schenn has it hopefully for a long time

Absolutely Eric Lindros. Forsberg would be my second choice. He, Jagr, and Giroux together would be sick.

Lindros. I remember when we had the best player in the world on the Flyers. Giroux is close to that; but no Flyer in my time dominated the league like Lindros.

1. Lindros
2. Primeau
3. Forsberg
4. Pronger

Those four players were taken away while they had so much left to give. Man, freakin Flyers are cursed. Argh.

All those who left the ice injured to never have played in the NHL again: Parent, Laperriere, Dailey, etc.

Dave Brown.

Rick MacLeish with the current rules would be even more explosive.

Some obvious ones: Clarke, Hextall, Howe, etc.

Completely forgot those two. Easily two of my favorites in their tenure with the Flyers.

Kapanen actually came into my hospital room with Knuble, Hatcher, and Coburn when I was stuck there over winter break at CHOP. Class act.

Wasn't supposed to be a list of the best stars to ever dawn a Flyers uni. If it was Lindros would have been at the top. Except that I got to see Lindros many a time growing up.
