Sami Kapanen. He gave it his all every shift. Not the tallest guy & he rarely missed a game.

Plus his determination to get back to the bench after getting annihilated by Tucker is a moment that is overlooked to often IMO.

I totally forgot about Kapanen too, i loved him as a player. Another one that sticks out to me is Jason Smith. Helluva leader and brings tremendous grit.

I wouldn't want Jason Smith back after what he did to his wife and daughter.

Yeah, but not because he was innocent. They were withdrawn because he basically agreed on a settlement. He had to agree to enter into a peace bond attending counseling for domestic violence and alcohol abuse and serve probation.

This is a common ending for stuff like this because family members. If they truly care about each other when tempers mellow out the side pressing charges may withdraw if the other person agrees to get professional help so they incident doesn't destroy the family.

The obvious one is Patrick Sharp, honorable mentions to Dmitri Tertyshny and Mike Knuble.

But then, for fun:

Andrei Kovalenko
Vladimir Malakhov
Peter White
Zarley Zalapski
Richard Park
Derek Plante
Rob Ramage
John Slaney
Bruno St. Jacques

From the article:

Quote:
Flyers fans say 2010 was the closest the city has ever come to the Stanley Cup. Statistically speaking, that is a fact.
Um...
