I remember I was crazy and my friends have called me and asked if I saw the fight. Lars Eller with two goals in the first period and then Pacioretty got his neck break.
Because a lot of people on this board defended Jacques Martin's decision to play Pyatt and let White in the minors last year... You said that he is not as fast as Pyatt Honestly, who cares ???
And the good decision was to put White in the line-up every game and get rid of Pyatt. We are 1 year too late. But I told you

Pyatt is something we could have used at the start of this year. A fourth line center who is good defensively. We wouldn't have needed to trade a 7th or Trotter for Nokelainen. He's only 24, it's not like he had peaked last year as a player. It's not a move that will haunt us, but it still would have been nice to keep him.
He should be able to play, he has had a couple of games practice. Suspended in the AHL has nothing to do with NHL.
Well recently we've seen NHL suspensions honored by the AHL, but I don't recall a situation where someone was suspended down there and then called up. Will be fun to see the outcome.
Also, the play in question appears to be where ryan white smacked kadri in the head with his stick on a faceoff. Definitely not cool, but you gotta envy the guy who gets to smack around that cocky little ****.
Crap. Heard that White had a good first game, but second game he looked kinda sluggish and need some more time for conditioning, this will only make his stint down there longer.

He can only play there for 5 games before he would have to clear re-entry waivers to be called up. So unless they keep him there all year he's not going to stay much longer.

I am not sure how it works, but my guess is that the Habs would honor the suspension but they could let him practice with his team to get ready for his return.

Conditioning stints are 14 days... the number of games makes no difference, just the number of days.
Pretty sure that AHL suspensions are honored by the NHL.
They are not. However they dont expire unless you are on the AHL roster.
Ie as a hypothetical, Palushaj gets suspended and is then called up... he might miss games due to the callup, but he wont have his suspension counting til he is sent down again.
