I wish Mats was still around for Hodgson as his main guy to mentor. What Mats did for Kesler, the Sedins and others in terms of presenting yourself, playing the game etc, it was so worth the 10M because it helped the whole team especially the core improve.

We can only hope that Kesler and especially Hank are mentoring Hodgson in a similar manner. I remember reading in the past how Malhotra had worked to mentor Lapierre and Hodgson - both of them have really had great years and perhaps Manny can take partial credit for their development.
