Noessen and Zibby both have the game to play top 6 or bottom 6, so I'd say for this reason both have a better chance of breaking in ahead of Silferberg who's game is a top 6 winger.
Noessen could be on the 3rd line with Zibby and Z Smith at center.

one thing i noticed with silfverberg is that he is incredible strong along the boards, he does not lose the puck easily.
