Normand is a bright spot. He has done some good things instead of feeling bad for himself.

I cried when he left. What a shame.

I cried when Cam retired too.

Had a chance to meet him on a bus excursion for a B's-Habs game a couple of years ago. It was nice to see how many people truly care about him and how he is still revered by those close to him. God bless him and his family.

Can anyone tell the story of what happened to him. He was before my time as well.

But I actually have his 82-83 Rookie card. Those are some nice #'d cards. A few of them on ebay right now. But that's beyond my budget. That high end stuff is so nice, but way too expensive.
I do remember seeing him being skated around the ice on one occasion. Sounds like he was a pretty good player, and that's unfortunate we lost a chance to see him play a longer career.
