"Season Series: Montreal has taken both meetings between the 'Canes and Habs this season. In their last game, the Canadiens edged Carolina in a shootout, 4-3, at the RBC Center on Nov. 23, 2011.
Big Story: With more than 10 points separating Carolina from the eighth spot in the East and only 26 games remaining in the season, the Canes are likely in full spoiler mode at this point in the season, and they will get their chance to throw a wrench into another team's postseason plans when they face Montreal, which has postseason hopes that are still there, but hanging by a thread.
Muller's got the Canes playing some very good hockey.
At the very least, it will be a fun game to watch
I would love to see Bourque throw a massive hit on Spacek, and Kaberle to dominate his old team to piss in Rutherford's face for his comments when he was traded. I found his comments pretty bush league, I expected more from him, he's been a class act most of the time.
I`m worried this will be another game where most people expect a win and offence/defence and/or Price drop the ball completely, I`ve got this feeling
Anti-jinx hopefully.

Normally, I'm about as optimistic as they come, however I've got a bad feeling about this one. The combination of being on a 4-game win streak and playing the worst team in the east should be a good thing, but the way this season has been going, it gives me the creeps. My head says the Habs have this one in the bag, my gut says otherwise.
Tonight's game as letdown game written all over it.. The Habs just finished a big win on Sundin night and they play the Bruins right after this one. Hopefully they're focusing on the Canes and not looking towards the Bruins and forgetting to show up tonight.

I've got the same feeling about tonight's game. Winning tonight somehow would be a huge relief.
Actually if the habs just managed to win the winnable games and give the extra effort vs the best, we should be fine.
