I dont think so. I'm pretty sure Barney and Robyn get married at the end of the season, or maybe Robyn never gets married. Who knows for sure.
Ted realizes next episode that he may love Robyn but "it's not like that" to coin a popular phrase.
Either way, he'd better hurry it up. Ted's pushing forty.
I did think Barney and Robyn would get married but because they've dragged it on so much since the last episode with Nora, it seems unlikely because of the whole concept of "choosing the right tie" which implied he had dumped Nora for Robyn. In that case I think we're still yet to meet another love interest for Barney or it could be the girl from this episode, and he will most likely choose Robyn again. In this scenario Ted and Robyn getting married obviously never happens.
In an alternative scenario, Ted and Robyn get married and adopt the children, the biological mother being the aforementioned woman with the yellow umbrella and roommate of that girl Ted dated. The kids may already know they are adopted, which could be the reason why he calls Robyn their "aunt."
Edit: Had another idea: Ted and Robyn get married. Ted has an affair with yellow umbrella woman, fathering the two kids. Robyn forgives him and they stay together, while Ted is telling the kids the story of how he met their mother during the time he is allowed to spend with them, which also explains "aunt Robyn"
