I don't think so. Kesler isn't a pure powerforward type like Bertuzzi. When his bullish offensive game deteriorates, he'd still be a great third liner, and when his strength deteriorates, he could still be a solid 4th liner.
I'm actually more concerned about the Sedins possibly turning into Jason Allison (weak, slow as molasses powerplay specialists who are liabilities 5 on 5) than I am Kesler.
