Now that Prospal is off the table, his trading cost is potentially higher than before Prospal was re-upped.

Several teams are likely talking with the Habs for getting AK46. What would the Habs fetch, Radulov? Detroit's first?

A.K's value is going to be lower because all the other GM's know he wants out and isn't playing as hard as he should in MTL. So the Habs can keep him and take up a roster spot with a guy who doesn't care about the club, sit him and loose him for nothing or take the top low ball offer and try to get something for him. I'd say something along the lines of a lower tier prospect and a 2nd. To make it worse A.K is worth a later 1st rd pick but since he wants out it affects his value. Also next year when he goes 30-30 cuz he starts to play hard cuz he is happy it will hurt the Hab fans. but yea a 2nd and mid to lower tier prospect even tho he is worth more.

What? He said he'd take a discount to stay and he's been playing plenty hard. Just what are you talking about?

He has not liked his time in MTL and has had issues with the culture in Que and has wanted out for some time.

speaking as Preds Fan if you want Rads- you got him
the guy disrespected our team by signing a KHL contract while still under contract with us (without getting management approval).

Radulov isn't getting traded until he comes back to the NHL and honors his remaining year with the Preds...he could be back in as early as a month but if that happens he's not getting traded until this summer at the earliest.

I would offer Blum or Bourque with a pick added if necessary.

I'd have to disagree on that one. Rights to Rads is off the table.
Pick and prospect is about as far as I'd go for AK.

I realize that Rads is perhaps worth more than AK46 straight-up. But the difference is likely not much more than Gill.

Jagr told the media he would sign in Pittsburgh for league minimum to "repay Mario". What a player tells the media is very different than what they actually think.

He certainly doesn't appear to be playing hard tonight, and if a player like him was being forced into 3rd line minutes, they probably wouldn't be very happy.

He's treated like **** by Montreal media and fans, I wouldn't be surprised if he was dealt and thrived, it wouldn't be the first time Montreal chased a player out.
