He was my favorite Oiler when he first joined the team. Replacing Doug Weight in game 4 of the '03(?) playoffs after Weight got a game misconduct and scoring the OT winner VS Dallas cemented that.
It was idiotic for Lowe to ask for 'top up' money from Comrie but let's not forget that it was Comrie that initially had the Oilers by the balls and basically forced them to overpay for his first contract. That's why Lowe wanted some money back. Still, it was nice to see the team and Comrie patch things up.
Hmmm, maybe it's just me, but i thought KLowe had a history of over-rating and over-paying players.
The idiotic part was he'd rather sewer his own organization than benefit a player in any way. Nice message to all the players in the league.

Comrie had some sick moves; plus netted 2-30 goal seasons in his first 5 years.
It should of been KLowe kissing his ass; not the other way around. Comrie kept his mouth shut and was a gentleman through the whole fiasco. Lowe on the other hand .... was his arogant, childish self.
