That is extremelly embarassing coming from a tough guy like Thornton. Guys like Marchand or Subban diving, that's one thing. But Thornton? Yikes.

I wish they would give penalties on these kind of hits though. All it lead to is Emelin being nearly injured later in the game, and that's all on the refs for not doing their god damn job.

I said it before Price hasn't been great in shootouts this season but he's getting no goal support either so you can't fault him entirely.
That being said, any one with half a brain knows in-game, Price is one of the better breakaway goaltenders in the league.

Yup, dropped to the ice like he was shot and then when there was no call had a miraculous recovery.

Honestly, some Ruins fans most be pretty ignorant of what their team does because some of them actually have the nerve to tag Habs as divers. I mean if they had even a tiny bit sense of integrity, they wouldn't even think of uttering the word "diving" when speaking about other teams. It's not like only one Ruins did this...

Does anyone have a gif of Chara's face getting hit with the puck?

With Thomas's preaching and Thornton's miraculous recoveries they might tour the country performing miracle acts of God

Sort of like the Steve Martin movie Leap of Faith. Thornton will be one of the ringers in the crowd who is called up and through a miracle he gets out of his wheel chair and walks again after Thomas heals him. I bet they could make a killing doing shows around Boston

I'm sure if a team plays Boston with the Ruins' very own dirty and goonish style, the Ruins players would cave in. But the refs won't allow that; only the Ruins are allowed to play that style. Look at how refs are protecting Thomas now... lol.

Subby hit on Marchand Feb 15, 2012

I was told Subby hit loser boy yesterday and big nose looked hurt again? I tried looking for it and was unable to find it.

Does anyone have a link to it? I did find some nice crunches by the Russian Tank!!!

How many good games (entertainment-wise) did we get from the 6 Habs-Bruins games this year? 4? 5?

He had him lined up for a big check but Marchand dove to the ice and ended up underneath Subban. Doubt anyone bothered to upload it.

Oh man.. that is some art right there. I've never really seen Thornton dive before, what the heck was he thinking here? That was Lapierre-esqe (2010 Playoffs vs Washington game 6)

If they won't fight you for clean hitting, then try your hardest to get them in the box, AT ALL COSTS!

Big Momma Thornton on that play.

I kinda wish Gionta wasn't a supermidget and our captain.... he's due for a return.

This team is a nice contrast from the Cammalleri-Gomez-Gionta'esque "era" if I may call it that.

Who would have thought physical hockey would be this entertaining? It almost makes up for the sub-par season being the aggressors especially against a team like Boston no less!

The only reason I still endorse PG is because he made us bigger this year, props to him for that.
