Hopefully Burish gets in our dressing room. I'd prefer to see him in the lineup instead of watching Scott get four minutes.

Same here. I'd be willing to part with Bickell or Frolik to do it. Or even a draft pick.

Good game guys. The first period was one to forget from a NY standpoint, but your guys did a good job keeping the pressure on defensively.
It's a shame you had to see Biron play. Watching Hank play is much more entertaining.

Sarcastic thread is sarcastic.
I'm just relieved they won a game. If the streak hit double digits, I don't know if I would've been more angry, sad, or embarrassed.
Hope no one caught my fail.

Gotta start somewhere, so hopefully we build on this moving into the final quarter of the season.
The losing streak could either be a mere footnote in an otherwise great year, or it could mark the beginning of the end of our chances this season.

If Benn's hurt, they're sellers.

Biron looked a little rusty early, sure. But...a penalty shot goal, two breakaway goals, and a shot fired through a screen and caught the inside of the pipe. Biron made a number of very good saves as the game progressed just to keep the Rangers in it.

A great team effort, doesn't mask the weaknesses that need to be addressed by Bowman but is very encouraging and helps move the right way in the standings. CBJ up next, Dallas coming up, could get a nice group of wins heading into TD.

The humble in me wants to say it's probably not a shutout, but the worship I have for Hank says otherwise.
That screened shot from the point was the only one that has a chance of beating Hank though. Granted, 2 breakaways and a penalty shot probably go alot differently if your guys aren't thinking of going for Birons landing zone five-hole the entire time, but who knows

No, honestly. Assuming the same quality of scoring chances, the Hawks probably still come out of the 1st with a 2 or 3 goal lead.
Lundqvist is a great goalie but it's silly to look past a penalty shot and two breakaways. Leddy's goal would've been a pretty tough shot to stop as well.
