3-Way: TOR/PHI/CLB

To Toronto
- James van Riemsdyk

To Columbus
- Brayden Schnenn
- Luke Schenn
- 1st 2012 PHI

To Philadelphia
- Rick Nash

I read on NHL.com that Sean Couturier and Brayden Schenn might be the cornerstones of Rick Nash's pricetag. Now I guess the Flyers would have to move some cash to make room for Nash, so they give up JvR to Toronto, while Toronto adds to the Nash deal, so Philly doesn't have to add any other assets to a Nash deal.

Is this a good discussion base or is the value for one/two/three teams far off?

EDIT: I took out Couts for fairness and added a pick

Philly gets ripped off lol.

Schenn for JVR is close to fair

than 1 of B.Schenn or Couts and a pick for Nash IMO.

Not enough cap space given up from the Flyers.

Well whom would the Flyers have to include to get under the cap?

Bryz, and we wouldn't move 2 out of JVR, Schenn, Couts.

While I think Bryz would like to get out I doubt ANY team touches that contract. Certainly not the Blue Jackets after the Carter fiasko.

Rick Nash? I love him as a player.

Rick Nash on the flyers for 7.8m? Do not want.

Nice try, but that 7.8m contract is just too much to put on the Flyers.

(Is Pronger's contract already on LTIR?)
