If Dean is smart, he will be a seller in the next few days. Get rid of the Forward group. Grab some younger AHL guys with Skill stuck behind depth. Start asking the Wings(Stoll or Penner) or Philly(Mitchell, A-Mart).

What's really fascinating is that this was supposed to be a team with a lot of "character," guys who would put everything on the line for each other, go out and die together. And yet, the team has clearly fallen apart mentally. Lombardi goes on and on about "character," but this team has none.
