Francis Bouillon or Jack Hillen

After the Gill trade, the Predators have Weber, Suter, Josi, Klein, Ellis, Gill, Hillen, and Bouillion all on their NHL roster. Bouillion and Hillen are the odd men out, and, while one is needed for injury replacement, the other can defiantly go. Can we get a 3rd or 4th for one of these guys? The Kubina/Gill/Grossman deals have set the price for Dmen high, and, while neither of these guys are as good as those three, they should have some value.

I doubt it, Bouillion and Hillen don't exactly provide an "impact" skillset, they seem like the kid of d-men that teams grab in the offseason to add depth. They arent guys that will provide a big enough boost to a team to warrant a 3rd IMO. Maybe a team ravaged by injury would grab them for a 4th like you said, but i doubt the market for these guys is buzzing enough to warrant more

Agree. Neither fetches enough to warrant trading them. Can never have too much depth at d for the playoffs

Just keep them. Ellis and Josi are not sure things to turn up in the playoffs, and a couple of injuries could hurt

Agree keep Bulls for depth. Hillen could be moved for a very late round pick for a desperate team in need of a depth d man

Hillen would clear waivers, and Bouillon is worth keeping around for depth.
