Good signing depending on the amount of money, but I like the years. I would have liked to see him traded, but there's something to be said about a guy that plays as hard as he does and gives it his all every night. I can't be mad about keeping a guy like that around for 3 more years.

Excellent news, but we could've got a good prospect/draft pick for him. Hopefully the cap hit isn't too high, but you can't find a better third line center than him most days.

True, everyone's expecting a sudden influx of our prospect forwards, but most of them won't be here until probably Brodz's new contract expires.

Awesome! We didn't let him walk for nothing like I was scared we would.
Still want to see the dollar amount tho. Just hope we did not overpay.

Brodz is the **** my first preference was to sign him and we did nothing wrong with having a 15-20g 3rd line center that can play up

Even if they do come during his contract, they'll develop better if there are veterans to ease the pressure and set an example.

I am happy about this. Unless the $$$ amount is high. But I'm glad Brodz is staying with the Wild

Here's hoping this doesn't end up like the Koivu thread where the posts went something like "YES! THIS IS ****ING AWESOME...WAIT HE SIGNED FOR WHAT?"

Also for the hat trick, this is a great move by Wild PR to announce it after a Wild home win on national television.

Good deal. Great guy to have on your team. Hoping somewhere around 3 years 7.5 million.
Also we really him if we want to keep icing a decent team this year. I know I'm being very optimistic but 4 points out of 8th with 20+ games left, you never know they could pull it off.

Like the man, like his attitude. He was annoyed the situation and said he only hates uncertainty, wants only play hockey. Doesn't sound like a guy who's asking too much. But you can't know because of the agents.
If it's not way too much, sounds only great!
