We aren't putting on pp nor giving him quality icetime. I'd recall him, later in the season. He's learning but oh well, I don't think we really have room for him right now.

What do you think?

Plekanec plays his last game with the bulldogs tomorrow night before rejoining the habs, so i assume AK will be sent back to Hamilton to receive some good ice time. No need to worry, he hasn't been out of action long but in that time he has been around some of the top players around, guys he will play with in the nhl soon and he gets to spend time with guys like kovalev. The experience will serve him well i am sure, he will soon be back to playing hockey. Im a little suprised he has been inactive for as long as he has been now, but id say its nothing to worry about.

Good question, I really don't know...

PROS:

-He can learn with the best players right now...
-Can see what he have to work on to be a good NHL player
-He's the 7th player of the top two lines so if there's an injury, he's the one to take the empty spot

CONS:

-Isn't playing really often

That's about it...it's not an easy situation for Bob Gainey...Kost is playing well and he's working hard but he's probably not the key to reach the playoff...at least for the coach. Because of that, he have to fill his role and see the game from the press box...
