Anyways, I always enjoyed Philly fans for there ruthless atmosphere. Here its a lil different. We more boo for fun on the star player, trying to get in his head. Were small community so we're all die hards of the jets and we are loudest in the nhl and 'fuelled by passion'. Will try anything to get in oppositions heads.

I really don't think EJ is even available is he? The Flyers I don't think are willing to part with JVR unless they are fetching something huge in return e.i. Suter, Weber. EJ is a good player but still has his struggles and hasn't lived up to being #1 overall. Still time to prove me wrong, but I want a more proven player or prospect with more upside.

The jets will score within their first 5 shots. Hence making the flyers play from behind all game, they will fight back to tie the score, but a horrendous goal costs them the game late in the 3rd period. 4-3 jets.
Well supposidly something happened at practice, Breezy's hand is all red and he went to take x-rays. Management says he is ok, but that was before they went to take x-rays of it.
I'm thinking that this is going to be a good barometer game for our new look defense. Winnipeg has a some good small forwards with speed who will test our new big defenders (as well as guys like carle and mesz) who have struggled with forwards coming with speed on the outside. I think that everyones motor is going to be on full bore tonight as it is the most healthy lineup in weeks (months?). If this is indeed the case, we can expect a solid two-way game tonight, where the defensemen are able to out-muscle WinthePeg's forward corps. If our forwards legs stop moving, our defense might not be able to keep up and we could be looking at another high score, but I don't think this will be the case.
I feel like all of these overly optimistic guarantees and predictions are so easy to come by after the amount of negativity surrounding this team lately. You would think they're bound to have this grand break through game to rip them out of this slump but things just don't change over night.
If we win tonight it'll be by a very close margin. Nothing will be easy and I can almost guarantee we give up the first goal. This crowd can easily intimidate and it's probably not the best atmosphere for Bryz to wake up in. Not only that our D pairings are still going to need a few games to feel comfortable with one another.
Although, the road trip in itself can be something this team needs. To get away from all the Philly media hoopla, get some time away from all the cameras and just play hockey.
