Kubina was only beaten once really by speed. Other than that, not much. I mean, he should of covered Ladd a little better on the Jets' second goal, but only do so much on trying to anticipate a pass like what Wheeler had.

Ever played goal and had a puck knuckle on you ? Not making excuses for Bryz at all......But a knuckling puck can really screw you up and make you look foolish.......Just saying ?He has been bad, but when you are playing bad everything gets magnified and blown a little out of proportion.....Its a tough island to be on for sure !

I am definitely off the trade jvr bandwagon. This lineup when healthy is really good. Read is a hell of a player, Couturier is so solid, Hartnell is having a career year as is Talbot who appears to be worth that deal. Honestly there is nothing needed with Grossman and Kubina here now. Maybe swap Bob for a veteran goalie.

Now if the ****ing starting goalie could just wake the **** up.

What a game. Team had another good night in the faceoff circle too.

Giroux- 11-20-55%
Couts- 9-13-69%
Schenn-8-16-50%
Briere-6-13-46%

Overall team went 37-66-56% They have been very good the last two months in the face off circle.

Schenn also had a awesome game. He was creating so much trouble for the Jets on the fore check and made that one back check that eliminated a prime scoring opportunity. He is all over the ice out there even if he isn't showing up on the score sheet.

Claude Giroux also had 10 shots... which has to be a career high.

What an exciting game...my hearts still racing

Bryz better ****ing buy EVERYONE drinks tonight, that 4th goal was unacceptable.

Pavelec was amazing, kid just never gave up and was pretty much the only reason the Jets were in this game...

I know that, its what i am saying.....Bryz was bad but having said that our Offense should of had 10 tonight !Our offense gets a free pass on missing golden scoring chances and is not held accountable.

Yea, this was probably one of JVR's best games this year. I had flashbacks of the playoffs.

I still hope they do to Bryz what Vancouver did to Luongo, which was sit his ass for like 4 or 5 straight games to get his **** in gear.

It was either Coburn or Grossman. But still, that was a hell of a pass by Wheeler.

I've played goalie a few times and I'm not discounting how hard it is. But when you're a professional goaltender and supposed to be one of the best at your trade, you need to make that save.

Yep beauty of an effort all around tonight. I'm not going to throw Bryz under the bus, when Jagr scored the game winner he talked to him for like 20 seconds (most likely thanking him) and also said something to Simmonds for some time. We just need him to get his confidence back. Maybe this game will help with the team winning from a great all around effort.

We all need to realize the position we're in with the MEDIOCRE goal tending we've been getting all year. We're right in the middle of the playoff pack, as long as we get in anything can happen. We've got to support the goalies we have and when we do they'll start performing better.

This, I seriously can't stand them, they act like 5 years old kids. They boo Giroux, they boo Jagr, they booed Pronger at the beginning of the year, more "Ilya" chants and "Flyers suck" than simply "Go Jets Go", they are classless.

Why are we paying 5.67m for that when we can get that for 1.55m?

Yeah, cuz Flyers fans are known for NOT booing every opposing player in sight.

I love it, it's supposed to be like that. Boo everyone not wearing your team's jersey.
