Come on, AK and Ruutu are miles apart. Ruutu is a grinder with limited talent, while AK is a gifted player who plays 1 game out of 2.
GMs tend to favor the former type player. AK will either explose Kovalev style in 2 years or play in the KHL... I'm more inclined to think he'll be in the KHL like Zherdev.
C'mon that's ridiculous. Ruutu is on par with AK talent-wise, and has outperformed him point-wise for most of their respective careers. Is Ruutu worth that much. I don't think so. But to say they are miles apart talent wise is a pretty strange thing to say.
