Surprised this thread isn't blowing up. This is a pretty big deal and glad it happened. The guy is solid. Hoping 2 more years.
Now I think we can let Scuderi go once his contract is up and let one of the kids have a chance. Scuderi is great but he's not cheap and we need to fill from within.

I'm sure they would rather have him over Ballard. So, they do have a reason to cry
haha. I am pretty sure Nucks fans (despite being Canada's worst) are smart enough to take their place in the standings and not change a damn thing on D.

So, because you're good there's no reason to strive/yearn to be better, that kind of thinking has ginger bridesmaids for life written all over it. Every team should always be looking for ways to improve. Just like the Rangers testing the waters on whoever is available.

Sigh, what I am saying is, no one is pining for a reversal of history. It happened, players come, players go. No one is so upset about it they want to re-write history. So to suggest "HA! Bet the bucks wish they still had him!!!" sounds, to me, pretty silly.

I'm waiting to see how many years first before I'm overjoyed. Two is ideal, three is questionable, four is frightening

"I well I guess that's just, like, your opinion, man."

Building on this. The Red Wings never have a quiet off-season or trade deadline. They are constantly looking to make some moves to shore up their team's needs.
